After a rather tough play, RotløsFotball IL's Preben Simonsen got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Fu Lin made a precise shot to the right of Per-Kristian Andvik. RotløsFotball IL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Geir-Inge Skulstad sped through RotløsFotball IL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per-Kristian Andvik.
