Gareth Goodwick's late challenge caught a Beckenham Town's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gareth Goodwick helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Oakham's Gareth Goodwick got a free kick in the 69th minute. The supporters of Beckenham Town booed when Oakham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gareth Goodwick didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oakham's Dom Griggs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carl Norman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carl Norman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthew Watkins's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Oakham's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dom Griggs in the 83rd minute. The corner ended in Gus Swallow almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Beckenham Town's Carl Norman did a great save. When Beckenham Town's Ömer Yıldırım in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
