In the 2ndth minute of the game Kevin Hellkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oakham's George Dudek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 4 in the game by Kevin Hellkvist from a close distance when the talented George Dudek managed to make a qualified save. Oakham's players were relieved. Kenneth Van Hoeijveldt hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Van Hoeijveldt to maneuver through the defense. Luizinho Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Watkins in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Watkins came free, but Luizinho Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match Oakham got a corner. Juventus Telford's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gus Swallow ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Oakham's Julian Joachim getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Juventus Telford's Luizinho Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Watkins in the 24th minute of play. George Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dean Speight, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Watkins in the 27th minute of play forced Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Luizinho Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstanty Dubiel in the 28th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper George Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Julian Joachim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luizinho Paranaense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute, Stuart Bayne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Juventus Telford's goalie and right to Cody Steel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Juventus Telford's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The Juventus Telford players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oakham were winning 0-1.

Oakham's Leo Blewett was substituted for Rob Beard. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthew Watkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luizinho Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cody Steel in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Luizinho Paranaense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Watkins. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Hellkvist in the 56th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper George Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seth Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Stuart Bayne got a free kick in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Hellkvist in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Dudek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevin Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Dudek having to interfere. Matthew Watkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luizinho Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cody Steel, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 80th match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joonas Mure to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Julian Joachim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizinho Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthew Watkins got free with Luizinho Paranaense in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstanty Dubiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gus Swallow hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute José Liamthaisong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Watkins to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Hellkvist scored 1-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Dudek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Despite being the better team, Oakham failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
