In the 24th minute, Başar Bera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Başar Bera in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Reikiavik. United. F.C. got a corner. Feiko FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafnkell Arnaldsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Reikiavik. United. F.C.'s corner Rafnkell Arnaldsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Maron Gabríelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feiko FC's Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 30 minutes, Maron Gabríelsson made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Feiko FC's Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Feiko FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 36th minute Başar Bera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Feiko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarnsteinn Oddbergsson to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Max Hrafnsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Başar Bera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Elís Oddmarsson notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Feiko FC's Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson. Feiko FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Hróaldur Bollason scored to the left of an out of position Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson, making the score, 1-6.
