But to his dismay, Stelian Negru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Paddy McNeish took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Mitt Bena to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, McNahas Clan FC's Mitt Bena got control of the ball when Paddy McNeish tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keith Scotland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Negru, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mitt Bena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo McNeish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mitt Bena made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Paddy McNeish sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Vincent Gardner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. McNahas Clan FC's Mitt Bena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paddy McNeish in the 27th minute of play. When Anthony Wass fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored McNahas Clan FC's protests and gave Anthony Wass a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of McNahas Clan FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Floodish FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Floodish FC's Jake Enrick got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mitt Bena. Mitt Bena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo McNeish in the 32nd minute of play. After 32 played minutes Floodish FC got a freekick which was hit by Paddy McNeish. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciaran McVinish in the 34th minute of play forced Floodish FC's goalkeeper Keith Scotland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keith Scotland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Negru, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paddy McNeish in the 36th minute of play forced McNahas Clan FC's goalkeeper Mitt Bena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, McNahas Clan FC's Stelian Negru ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Keith Scotland. Keith Scotland yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Baldassarre got free with Keith Scotland in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. McNahas Clan FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Floodish FC's much stronger midfield.
