The referee gave Club Deportes Santa Cruz a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Qu Zheng Song, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Capo de Provincia's Héctor Barra. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Qu Zheng Song got a free kick in the 19th minute. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Capo de Provincia's much stronger midfield.
