Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 100) Shohoku FC's Vladimiro Brzovic started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tamariz Saul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Ayerdi in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Shohoku FC's Quintán Garland got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mario Jesus Llana acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Selmo Jaime. In the 17th match minute, Guaillane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Monasterio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Shohoku FC's Quintán Garland got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Silvio Ayerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Guaillane booed when Shohoku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quintán Garland didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Silvio Ayerdi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tamariz Saul. Quintán Garland hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Shohoku FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Ayerdi came free, but Tamariz Saul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Isadoro Gundian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo Christie's late challenge caught a Shohoku FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Christie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Guaillane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Christie to maneuver through the defense. Tamariz Saul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isadoro Gundian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Shohoku FC booed when Guaillane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlín Masson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isadoro Gundian in the 47th minute of play forced Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Tamariz Saul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Shohoku FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty! In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Guaillane. Timeteo Alcaide stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tamariz Saul. 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Ayerdi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Silvio Ayerdi came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Guaillane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Ayerdi couldn't finish the play. If Isadoro Gundian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Guaillane's Isadoro Gundian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tamariz Saul made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Mario Jesus Llana came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Shohoku FC's Fortunato Caso. But to his dismay, Fortunato Caso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 80th minute Silvio Ayerdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamariz Saul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Silvio Ayerdi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Tamariz Saul was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute of the match Fortunato Caso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Jesus Llana skillfully saved the ball. Fortunato Caso succeeded in the game's 90th minute to get real power on a long shot . Guaillane's Mario Jesus Llana hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-5! After having played for 93 minutes, Vladimiro Brzovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shohoku FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Brzovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Hugo Christie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tamariz Saul. Hugo Christie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. After 100 played minutes Shohoku FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaitano Lurquín.
