Eleuterio Eleysegui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdón Maeztu in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Xalvador Mac Kenney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xalvador Mac Kenney in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eleuterio Eleysegui, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 30 minutes into the game, Xalvador Mac Kenney lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Eleuterio Eleysegui. In the 33rd minute, Xalvador Mac Kenney fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eleuterio Eleysegui, passed just outside the right post. Xacobo Barroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Eleuterio Eleysegui managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when VILLANUEVA FC's Xalvador Mac Kenney fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th minute, Atahan Hatemoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Eleuterio Eleysegui. Football Fortress's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Xalvador Mac Kenney sped through Football Fortress's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eleuterio Eleysegui.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Helo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Marcel Blanco notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Football Fortress's Eleuterio Eleysegui. Eleuterio Eleysegui was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Football Fortress's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xalvador Mac Kenney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Eleuterio Eleysegui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xalvador Mac Kenney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Football Fortress defense, Xalvador Mac Kenney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Eleysegui. The Football Fortress fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Eleysegui should have stopped the shot. VILLANUEVA FC's Nicodemo Recalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Helo in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, VILLANUEVA FC's Xalvador Mac Kenney nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eleuterio Eleysegui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. A collision led to Football Fortress getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Fidel Benavides hit a great ball. Eleuterio Eleysegui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xalvador Mac Kenney went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the game, VILLANUEVA FC's Xalvador Mac Kenney nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eleuterio Eleysegui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xalvador Mac Kenney in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Eleysegui saved Football Fortress from getting behind. When VILLANUEVA FC's Xalvador Mac Kenney in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Football Fortress's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Football Fortress's goal looked a bit too open when Xalvador Mac Kenney came free, but Eleuterio Eleysegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Football Fortress's zone, Xalvador Mac Kenney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Eleysegui came out of the goal and Xalvador Mac Kenney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. VILLANUEVA FC fully deserved thier win.
