With a little luck, New Galaxy Szans's Calixto Cobian got control of the ball when Anton Bârsan tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xepe Enebro in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gav Benbow saved iluminatis FC from getting behind. Gav Benbow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Moreyre in the 27th minute of play. Anton Bârsans short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Calixto Cobian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernaldo Torrez in the 30th minute of play forced iluminatis FC's goalkeeper Gav Benbow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. iluminatis FC's Gav Benbow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bras Pavieta in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by iluminatis FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernaldo Torrez was slow to take the kick. During this time New Galaxy Szans's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Dagoberto Moreyre got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernaldo Torrez in the 35th minute of play forced iluminatis FC's goalkeeper Gav Benbow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurdan Loyas in the 36th minute of play forced New Galaxy Szans's goalkeeper Calixto Cobian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Bârsan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Calixto Cobian made a huge save. New Galaxy Szans's Calixto Cobian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Laso in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Nofre Roman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Galaxy Szans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave iluminatis FC the free kick. A collision led to New Galaxy Szans getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nofre Roman hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Jurdan Loyas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calixto Cobian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

iluminatis FC's Gav Benbow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save iluminatis FC from getting a goal against them. In the 52nd minute of the match, Xepe Enebro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gav Benbow saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gav Benbow made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bras Pavieta in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute Xepe Enebro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gav Benbow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, iluminatis FC's Anton Bârsan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Calixto Cobian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 63 played minutes New Galaxy Szans got a freekick which was hit by Adan Otsoko. In the 68th minute iluminatis FC were awarded a corner. Anton Bârsan went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Dante Vilela heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 86th minute, Bernaldo Torrez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gav Benbow, passed just outside the right post. Calixto Cobian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segio Asturi in the 90th minute of play. Calixto Cobian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Bârsan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gav Benbow came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by New Galaxy Szans's Dagoberto Moreyre. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Moreyre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the match was over New Galaxy Szans could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than iluminatis FC throughout the match.
