Faustino Asprilla struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Akakios Kakavitsas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cantera De Héroes F.C ®. In the 9th minute, Faustino Asprilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cantera De Héroes F.C ® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Cantera De Héroes F.C ® getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Fortunato Larreta hit a great ball. Fortunato Larreta scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akakios Kakavitsas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Cantera De Héroes F.C ® were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faustino Asprilla made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Leeds United FC's goalkeeper Akakios Kakavitsas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fortunato Larreta scored 0-4 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akakios Kakavitsas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 59 minutes, Faustino Asprilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Asprilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s Faustino Asprilla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Akakios Kakavitsas. That made the score 0-5 after 66 minutes of play. Berart Estebanez made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gabriel Olaverrieta. Akakios Kakavitsas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Asprilla went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Cesario Llamas made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s Faustino Asprilla. Faustino Asprilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akakios Kakavitsas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Cantera De Héroes F.C ® were awarded a corner. Faustino Asprilla went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 92nd match minute, Leeds United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josu Cuenia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Leeds United FC's zone, Faustino Asprilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akakios Kakavitsas came out of the goal and Faustino Asprilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
