Spectators: 8429 (Terracing: 6323, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Berke Bailey started the match with the kick off. Jamie Quinane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drew Christian, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Browne Boyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Lucaston's Brant Anderson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jamie Quinane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jamie Quinane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew Christian in the 19th minute of play. Jamie Quinane came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Lucaston's Tobie Lyle. But to his dismay, Tobie Lyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Berke Bailey notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jamie Quinane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobie Lyle in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Brant Anderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jamie Quinane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew Christian in the 46th minute of play forced OzForce TNT's goalkeeper Jamie Quinane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The OzForce TNT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lucaston were winning 1-2.

In the 53rd minute of the match, Tobie Lyle got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jamie Quinane was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 58 minutes, Berke Bailey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OzForce TNT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berke Bailey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brant Anderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. OzForce TNT's Jamie Quinane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobie Lyle in the 64th minute of play. Jamie Quinane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Drew Christian went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. OzForce TNT's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Browne Boyce scored to the left of an out of position Jamie Quinane, making the score, 1-4. Brant Anderson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jamie Quinane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Mcinnis got free with Jamie Quinane in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, OzForce TNT's goal looked a bit too open when Tobie Lyle came free, but Jamie Quinane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, OzForce TNT's goalkeeper Jamie Quinane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Drew Christian. 80 minutes into the match, Lucaston's Drew Christian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jamie Quinane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jamie Quinane was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tobie Lyle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 82 minute of play. In the 86th minute, Brant Anderson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lucaston fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Jamie Quinane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brant Anderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Jamie Quinane was a little too slow when Drew Christian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-7. When the match was over Lucaston could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than OzForce TNT throughout the match.
