Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brett Venz took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Rubiton F.C's Jacob Roach in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Banyena's goalie prevented a goal. In the 5th minute, Brett Venz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rubiton F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Banyena getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Rubiton F.C's Ryan Limmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cain Gracey in the 22nd minute of play. Carman Salcedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aden Mcinnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Clark Muller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brett Venz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Carman Salcedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cain Gracey to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Joseph Jackson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banyena's supporters rose to their feet, but Joseph Jackson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ryan Limmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cain Gracey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Carman Salcedo had great luck who in the 72ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Brett Venz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The supporters of Banyena booed when Rubiton F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandes Mcquoid didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cain Gracey in the 81st minute of play forced Rubiton F.C's goalkeeper Ryan Limmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
