To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Pongangan FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Affan Betay hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hardy Karaeng in the 43rd minute of play forced Pongangan FC's goalkeeper Haji Bülbül to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hastomo Salisbury kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Black Pink. That made the score 1-5 in the 47 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The wind increased when Hardy Karaeng made the kick off in the second half.
