Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5993, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 14) After 10 minutes, Omar Mata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Gaditana and the Cotinho F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, UD Gaditana's Omar Mata got a free kick in the 10th minute. Edur Gene hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Emeterio Diaz came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the UD Gaditana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emeterio Diaz couldn't finish the play. Godofredo Cuervas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabucodonosor Ferrer in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UD Gaditana's zone, Olo Rienda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nando Quintero came out of the goal and Olo Rienda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nabucodonosor Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Godofredo Cuervas made a huge save. Emeterio Diaz struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Godofredo Cuervas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Gaditana. UD Gaditana's Omar Mata got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cotinho F.C's zone, Emeterio Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Cuervas came out of the goal and Emeterio Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Garikoitz Jauregui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Quintero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Emeterio Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotinho F.C's goalkeeper Godofredo Cuervas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cotinho F.C's zone, Salbatore Acosta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Cuervas came out of the goal and Salbatore Acosta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nabucodonosor Ferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Cuervas having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Rossello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emeterio Diaz took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Cuervas. Godofredo Cuervas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nabucodonosor Ferrer in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Cuervas saved Cotinho F.C from getting behind. Garikoitz Jauregui kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotinho F.C's goalkeeper Godofredo Cuervas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salbatore Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Nabucodonosor Ferrer made a precise shot to the right of Godofredo Cuervas. Cotinho F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Nabucodonosor Ferrer managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Gaditana's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabucodonosor Ferrer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Cuervas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alvar Buenafuente fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cotinho F.C's protests and gave Alvar Buenafuente a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cotinho F.C getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alvar Buenafuente hit a great ball. If Emeterio Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manel Laredo got free with Nando Quintero in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godofredo Cuervas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Garay in the 80th minute of the match. UD Gaditana's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Omar Mata in the 82nd minute. It was a well-played corner which Salbatore Acosta managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. UD Gaditana's Nando Quintero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garikoitz Jauregui in the 84th minute of play. After 85 played minutes UD Gaditana got a freekick which was hit by Omar Mata. The audience was convinced that Nabucodonosor Ferrer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godofredo Cuervas was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 94th minute Rodolfo Rossello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Quintero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
