After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jasper Hahn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reflection's supporters rose to their feet, but Jasper Hahn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Furstenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Joseph Weiss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 22 minutes, Matty Auspitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reflection and the Stanway FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Stanway FC got a freekick which was hit by Liam Faehlmann. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Max von Radowitz fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stanway FC's protests and gave Max von Radowitz a yellow card for diving instead. Max von Radowitz hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Probst in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Furstenfeld saved Stanway FC from getting behind. Jasper Hahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Charles Furstenfeld made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Reflection's Charles Furstenfeld threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michael Probst, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Michael Axmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eddy Zimmermann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 88th minute Michael Probst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Furstenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 89 in the game by Jasper Hahn from a close distance when the talented Charles Furstenfeld managed to make a qualified save. Stanway FC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Wilhelm in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Furstenfeld saved Stanway FC from getting behind. Michael Probst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Axmann hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
