When Hellmuth Otto came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Gebrüdersdorfer SV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hellmuth Otto couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Hellmuth Otto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's supporters rose to their feet, but Hellmuth Otto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armin Baumgärtner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Patrick Stoffel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theo Behringer went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. If Steffen Becker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Andre Rosenkranz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Rosenkranz came free, but Patrick Stoffel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee gave Wilhelm Groben a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 90th minute, Wilhelm Groben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Stoffel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Rosenkranz in the 94th minute of play. The Evil Project walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
