Winston Castagne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaleem Abdul-Hamid having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominic Connell in the 5th minute of play forced Punta Pigeon's goalkeeper Khaleem Abdul-Hamid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Under 21 Club's Winston Castagne in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Punta Pigeon's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 played minutes Under 21 Club got a freekick which was hit by Dominic Connell. When Winston Castagne came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Under 21 Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Winston Castagne couldn't finish the play. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Under 21 Club's Dominic Connell. But to his dismay, Dominic Connell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Winston Castagne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaleem Abdul-Hamid having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Punta Pigeon's goal looked a bit too open when Winston Castagne came free, but Khaleem Abdul-Hamid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Dominic Connell made a precise shot to the right of Khaleem Abdul-Hamid. Punta Pigeon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 30 minutes of play, Under 21 Club's Kern Baptiste made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid was left in no man's land by his defense there! Winston Castagne struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 21 Club. 35 minutes into the match, Dominic Connell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khaleem Abdul-Hamid. Punta Pigeon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominic Connell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 38th play minutes Dominic Connell shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Khaleem Abdul-Hamid and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Dominic Connell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Under 21 Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominic Connell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Winston Castagne kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Winston Castagne in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khaleem Abdul-Hamid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominic Connell in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khaleem Abdul-Hamid saved Punta Pigeon from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winston Castagne in the 47th minute of play forced Punta Pigeon's goalkeeper Khaleem Abdul-Hamid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernani Bueno made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Khaleem Abdul-Hamid successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Teddy Daaga hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Dominic Connell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Khaleem Abdul-Hamid when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Teddy Daaga charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teddy Daaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot 63 in the game by Dominic Connell from a close distance when the talented Khaleem Abdul-Hamid managed to make a qualified save. Punta Pigeon's players were relieved. Dominic Connell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Under 21 Club's Winston Castagne ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Khaleem Abdul-Hamid. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Dominic Connells short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Khaleem Abdul-Hamid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 76 minutes into the game, one of Punta Pigeon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 0-9 came through a penalty shot after 78 played minutes, when Under 21 Club:s Cornelius Latapy calmly waited for Punta Pigeon:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winston Castagne in the 85th minute of play forced Punta Pigeon's goalkeeper Khaleem Abdul-Hamid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Winston Castagne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Under 21 Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
