The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Punta Pigeon's Ernani Bueno got a free kick in the 26th minute. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sundar Beckles's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delon Assoon in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delon Assoon in the 37th minute of play forced Punta Pigeon's goalkeeper Khaleem Abdul-Hamid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Carapichaima's Sundar Beckles in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Punta Pigeon's goalie prevented a goal. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delon Assoon in the 42nd minute of the match. Sundar Beckles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Khaleem Abdul-Hamid having to make a save.

Vasant Mc Donald hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Carapichaima's Sundar Beckles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Khaleem Abdul-Hamid. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delon Assoon in the 62nd minute. Jonathan Tiger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernani Bueno's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Ernani Bueno struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Jonathan Tiger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Punta Pigeon. If Delon Assoon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delon Assoon got free with Khaleem Abdul-Hamid in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Bueno in the 73rd minute of play forced Carapichaima's goalkeeper Jonathan Tiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Delon Assoon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carapichaima's supporters rose to their feet, but Delon Assoon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Punta Pigeon defense, Sundar Beckles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khaleem Abdul-Hamid. The Punta Pigeon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khaleem Abdul-Hamid should have stopped the shot. Khaleem Abdul-Hamid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delon Assoon in the 89th minute of play.
