Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Drew Christian kicked off to start the match. Banyena's Carman Salcedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Banyena from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the match, Lucaston's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Jackson came free, but Bryden Hitchen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Banyena defense, Browne Boyce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carman Salcedo. The Banyena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carman Salcedo should have stopped the shot. Drew Christian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carman Salcedo firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Jackson in the 15th minute of play forced Lucaston's goalkeeper Bryden Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brant Anderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Joseph Jackson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryden Hitchen. Lucaston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joseph Jackson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Lucaston defense, Joseph Jackson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bryden Hitchen. The Lucaston fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bryden Hitchen should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Cain Gracey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryden Hitchen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 31st minute, Drew Christian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes Lucaston got a freekick which was hit by Drew Christian. Bryden Hitchen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Jackson in the 34th minute of play. Bryden Hitchen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudy Durbin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Carman Salcedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brant Anderson in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to Lucaston getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Brant Anderson hit a great ball. Carman Salcedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Drew Christian in the 42nd minute. Joseph Jackson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute Brant Anderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carman Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After 53 played minutes Banyena got a freekick which was hit by Cain Gracey. Tobie Lyle hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Cain Gracey took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Bryden Hitchen to make any attempt to save it. After 66 played minutes Banyena got a freekick which was hit by Cain Gracey. In the 71st minute Cain Gracey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryden Hitchen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Banyena's goal looked a bit too open when Browne Boyce came free, but Carman Salcedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lucaston getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jesse Sobezak hit a great ball. Banyena's Eavan Gledden shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bryden Hitchen but with some difficulty. Joseph Jackson took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. A collision led to Banyena getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cassidy Sewell hit a great ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Tobie Lyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucaston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobie Lyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bryden Hitchen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cain Gracey, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tobie Lyle kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Lucaston's Drew Christian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carman Salcedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. When the match was over Banyena could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lucaston throughout the match.
