Clemente Clayton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Zapata in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Agustín Zapata notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Guayaubín's Clemente Clayton. Clemente Clayton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute Agustín Zapata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Clayton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute of the match, Phil Mills got a very nice opportunity to score, but Clemente Clayton was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Stewarts got free with Clemente Clayton in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clemente Clayton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Zapata in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Jeremias Stewarts recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clemente Clayton. Jeremias Stewarts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Agustín Zapata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argen-Taino's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Zapata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Clayton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Zapata in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Clayton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Guayaubín's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Zapata came free, but Clemente Clayton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Argen-Taino's Angelo Marsili in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Clemente Clayton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Argen-Taino's Agustín Zapata in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 63rd minute, Ramón Sosa had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 65th minute of the match Adrián Cervantes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Clayton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Jeremias Stewarts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Clemente Clayton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Agustín Zapata scored 5-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clemente Clayton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Jeremias Stewarts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Zapata in the 85th minute of play forced Guayaubín's goalkeeper Clemente Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Clayton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Phil Mills left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argen-Taino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Argen-Taino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
